Does leather generate heat to our body?
No, leather actually adapts to the environment around us and maintain temperature accordingly. Original leather never give out heat. If your couch is generating heat that leads to sweating near your seating position, well then that would be Rexin/Art leather.
How long will Fezmo furniture last?
We Fezmo give 4 years replacement guarantee for our furniture inner raw materials. That include everything inside that is the foam and frame, and the foam would not give you any issue of sagging. We even give you life time service backup later on.
What type of customisation can be done?
At Fezmo any form of customisation in furniture is possible from 3 seater recliner where all the 3seats reclining is possible, too customising colourful epoxy dining and centre tables. Even high beck wing chairs that go up to 6 feet. Name it we can get it done.
How long will it take to customise furniture at Fezmo?
The customisation of furniture will take up to 10-20 days after order confirmation.
What are the materials options available at Fezmo to choose?
We have the main 3 material options that is Fabric, Leather and Rexin/art leather.
Where can I buy Fezmo’s furniture?
You can either visit our physical store directly and place the order or have a look at our E-catalogue online via WhatsApp and place the order there, this is to make the ordering method easy and more convenient. Any doubts or details you could ask via WhatsApp.
What are the payment options?
We accept all kinds of credit/debit cards NEFT transfer or online bank transfer and cheque also.
Is reupholster possible?
If the furniture is bought from us we can easily replace the top material. Third party repairs are not done by us.
Will your furniture colour fade?
If there is direct sunlight onto your sofa or any other furniture after some months the colour will automatically start to fade away this include the leather also. In case there is no contact with direct sunlight there will be no issue of colour fade.
Does leather crack or peel off overtime?
Original Leather never peel off nor there are any cracks after use, in case your facing this the material might be Rexin/art leather.
Can Fezmo customise the wood colour of my chairs?
Yes, we will show you the colour shades done on sample wood in order for you to understand and get a feel on how the product will look once customised.
Is it possible for taking on-site measurements?
In case If the customer doubt the space they have at home for placing furniture, we can take on-site measurements and that’s absolutely free.
Why is there price difference between Fezmo’s furniture and others?
That’s because of the inner raw material we use in order to give you that replacement guarantee. Other places you get warranty where you will have to pay for the services later on, that’s not the case with us if anything happens to the raw material we will replace the whole furniture set for free of cost.
