1. Customized Products
All our furniture is made to order based on your specifications. Once production begins, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations. We encourage customers to review all design details, measurements, and finishes carefully before confirming the order.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as per the confirmed order.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and supporting details.
After verification, Fezmo Eazy Living will initiate an appropriate resolution — which may include a replacement, repair, or partial/full refund as applicable.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable if:
- The customer provides incorrect measurements or design approvals.
- Minor color, texture, or grain variations occur due to the natural characteristics of materials.
- The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
4. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- For orders paid via credit/debit card or online transfer, processing time may vary depending on your bank’s policies.
